Seeking business analyst to be part of data product development team who can partner with various business stakeholders and analytics teams translating complex business problems into technical specifications to produce data products.  This  Business Analyst must work with product owners and stakeholders to support the implementation of enterprise data warehouse,  acting as the primary liaison between business owners and group of data engineers. 

The Business Analyst will complete tasks and activities as assigned by the Project Lead/Manager, and in accordance with agile methodology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and help build and optimize data pipelines. Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Strong understanding of data lakes, dimensional models, analytical practices and principles

Experience with data warehousing, writing advanced SQL Queries, and hands-on experience in database structures

Ability to engage successfully with functional and project teams at all levels to support increasing data demands

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment with excellent documentation skills

Good data analysis skills performing required analysis to identify data anomalies during the requirements capturing

Proficient with data wrangling and analyzing large datasets in structured and unstructured formats

Understanding of various data integration methods, address risks and resolve issues

Must be able to write test scenarios, test cases & support client testing, provide defect resolution methods and ensures application go-live

Excellent coordination with cross functional teams, organizational and time management skills are needed

Self-motivated and a self-starter with strong ability to multitask projects/tasks effectively

Health care experience is desired with a data-centric motive is a plus

Experience with agile methodologies on Azure DevOps and understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and collaboration skills

Advanced knowledge of SQL,MS Excel, Word, Visio and Power Point 

Ability to think customer centric principles, and manage/prioritize multiple projects

Microsoft Azure and Databricks environment experience is a plus
