IT Professional Services Sales Executive

Role Overview
As a Professional Services Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for our IT advisory, staffing, and project delivery offerings. Your mission: discover, engage, and close new clients across any sector, leveraging your proven consultative sales acumen and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure new business for Urvara’s IT professional services (cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, etc.) in various industry verticals.
- Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Lead client discovery, deeply understand customer business drivers, and tailor solutions in partnership with Urvara’s technical teams.
- Drive the RFP/proposal process, negotiate contracts, and close deals (project engagements, staff augmentation, managed services).
- Represent Urvara at tech events, conferences, and in digital forums to expand brand awareness and market reach.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and report on key sales metrics.
- Foster long-term client relationships to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales of IT consulting, professional services, or technical solutions (multi-industry experience preferred).
- Strong consultative/solution selling skills, with the ability to translate technical value into clear business ROI.
- Demonstrated track record of closing new business and achieving/exceeding quota.
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and within a nimble, entrepreneurial team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive presenter and negotiator.
- Passion for technology, continuous learning, and building trusted client relationships.
Preferred
- Experience selling to multiple sectors (e.g., healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail).
- Existing network of IT decision makers within target verticals is a plus.
- Familiarity with data engineering, cloud services, AI, analytics, or cybersecurity markets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($60,000–$100,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE $100,000–$200,000+).
